Bayside Breeze 157 - Book early for the best condo on the bay!

Enjoy this one of a kind and newly remodeled 1200SF 2 bedroom/2 bath ground level condo situated perfectly on the bay of Anna Maria Sound. Unit 157, located at the easy to find Tortuga Inn on Bradenton Beach, is only steps away from the white sandy beaches of Anna Maria Island and comes with all the amenities you would expect from a condo this unique. Featuring its own BAYSIDE semi-private heated pool right out the backdoor. Complete with your own pool loungers the pool is snuggled right up to the bay. Fish off the best, and perhaps largest private boat dock on the island or bring your boat and dock it in the unit's assigned boat slip.

The white sanding beach is directly across the street from the Tortuga Inn Resort and is an easy walk from the our bayside unit to the front of the property. Enjoy complimentary beach loungers located on the beach as well as six complimentary beach towels that are provided for your stay and will be within the unit upon your arrival. Please wash these towels at your leisure and know that these towels are to remain in the unit upon your departure and are NOT to be returned to the front desk area.

After a long day at the beach come back for a dip in the pool and watch the boats crisscross in the bay or catch a dolphin or manatee passing by as the sun slowly throws its shadow over the pool (very nice when you're wanting to be in the water but ready to be out of the sun) or sit on the covered patio and enjoy your favorite beverage while contemplating dinner plans. But don't forget a trip back to the beach for an awesome sunset!

The master suites boasts a king size bed with knock-out blinds, walk-in closet and plenty of dresser space. The master bath has a new quartz countertop with double sinks, private toilet area and walk-in shower with double shower heads. Oooh la la....

Our guest bedroom comes with a queen bed, side tables and ample sized dresser with a large closet. The guest/main bathroom has a new quartz countertop with double sink, toilet and bathtub/shower.

The sofa can be pulled out into a queen bed ready for two sleepers. New full size washer/dryer, and full kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher and full size refrigerator. Large covered patio has two remote controlled ceiling fans/lights, with large seating and eating areas. The patio area is completely fenced in (great for dogs!!) and overlooks the pool, boat dock and the bay of Anna Maria Sound.

Tile throughout, with all rooms including multi-speed ceiling fans and dimmable lighting that is easily set and controllable at the switch-plate of each room. Televisions are provided in the main gathering area and both bedrooms. Bedroom closets stocked with extra pillows and fresh blankets.

From the patio you can see some of the most amazing sunrises on the island. In addition our unit is one a the few places you can also see the Sunshine Skyway Bridge, Anna Maria Island Bridge (or Manatee Ave. as it crosses the bay), Cortez Bridge and the buildings of downtown Sarasota.

The Tortuga Inn Resort is just a short walk from great restaurants (Wicked Cantina, Smoqehouse, Gulf Drive Cafe and Beach House), as well as shops and watering holes. Bridge Street, a bit further south and still walkable you'll find even more restaurants, shops and more watering holes.
