The Space

Bedrooms:
The master bedroom features a king bed. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms each have a queen bed, and all bedrooms have smart TVs. For extra guests, you'll also find a comfortable sofa bed and a futon, making the home flexible for families or groups.

Bathrooms:
The home offers 2.5 baths — two full bathrooms plus a convenient half bath, so there's plenty of room for everyone to get ready.

Kitchen:
The updated kitchen is fully equipped for your stay, with both a Keurig and a standard coffee pot to start your mornings. You'll find everything you need to cook and dine in comfortably.

Living Room:
Relax in the living room with a smart TV and comfortable seating — the perfect spot to unwind after a day out. The sofa converts to a bed for additional guests.

Outdoor Spaces:
Step out onto the screened lanai and enjoy the fresh air, or gather around the outdoor fire pit in the backyard for a relaxing evening. The home sits in a quiet residential neighborhood, ideal for a peaceful getaway.

Garage:
The garage is not available for guest use. Maintenance and cleaners may periodically need access but will not disturb you.

Guest Access
With the exception of the garage and owner's storage closet, you will have access to the entire home.

This property has a Ring doorbell camera at the front entrance and an outdoor camera in the enclosed lanai. These monitor exterior areas only — there are no cameras inside the home.
