Great place for us to stay to visit family in Sun city Center. Nice private cottage. Pool was warm and very clean.

The place is so quaint. We loved the pool and sitting on the dock. The grounds, cottages are very well cared for. The staff is amazing and so so nice. We will be back.

This is such a cute little resort. It has all that you need if not ask Tammy and she will help you. It is a circular drive of individual bungalow type places. We stayed in a king size studio place. It was very clean and spacious. It has lots of windows to let in sunlight. Has shades to close at night. They have a pool in the complex. There is a dock that has places where you can sit and enjoy the river area. They have canoes that you can rent for very inexpensive. It is in a very quiet secluded area. We will definitely return again.

Ms Tammy was very accommodating and sweet, everything was great as usual, already planning to come back next summer! And maybe sooner!
