The fully equipped kitchen includes a capsule coffee machine and a filter coffee maker. For your comfort, you have Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a TV, a fan, heating, a washing machine, a baby cot, and a high chair. Families with children will appreciate the toys, books, and access to a shared playground.



Outside, relax in your private garden, on an uncovered terrace, and enjoy a private barbecue. A private outdoor pool is available from May to mid-October, perfect for unwinding in a peaceful setting. There’s also an outdoor shower, a shared gym and fitness equipment, and a communal ping-pong table.



Four shared parking spaces and one shared garage space are available on site. A shared bike storage room is at your disposal. Pets are allowed (maximum one) for an extra fee. Smoking is permitted. Please note that parties and events are not allowed on the property.
