IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Kolea Beach Club and Pool Deck renovation project is scheduled for September 8, 2027 through November 3, 2027. Due to safety and liability concerns during construction, the closure will include the entire Beach Club, fitness room, rental hales, and beach access gate. During this time, Anaehoʻomalu Bay can be accessed through the Marriott gate.

PARKING: Parking for one car in open parking stall. Additional car is on a first come, first serve basis in any unmarked/visitor parking spots. Maximum two cars allowed. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
NON SMOKING: This vacation rental is a smoke and vape free property. No smoking or vaping allowed on the premises
PET POLICY: Pets not allowed
BABY EQUIPMENT: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please reach out for references to a local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
START UP SUPPLIES PROVIDED: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.
