Once you arrive on the third floor, there is a guest bathroom just off the hallway, and it has dual vanities, a separate stand-up shower and soaking tub, and a private toilet. Off the guest bathroom is the guest room that features a king bed, smart tv, and plenty of closet space.
Off to the right is the laundry room for guests to use. Next, you will enter the open space kitchen, dining, and living room area. The kitchen has plenty of space to make a family meal, and it has upgraded stainless steel appliances and everything your home chef needs.
The dining table has seating for six plus two barstools to pull up to the kitchen island. The living room has space to relax, and the sofa folds out to a queen sleeper. You can open the lanai to let the breeze in and live indoor-outdoor. The patio has a built-in gas grill and refrigerator to cook up a delicious meal or enjoy a cold beverage at the dining table. You will love the views of Anaeho'omalu Beach (A-Bay), the Waikoloa Anchialine Ponds, and mountains.
