Welcome to VIVA Residences Unit 201, a spacious and modern 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment located in the heart of San Pedro. Perfect for couples, families, friends, or solo travelers, this thoughtfully designed space has everything you need to feel right at home during your stay.

Located on the second floor, Unit 201 is accessible by stairs. Inside, you’ll find two comfortable bedrooms, each featuring a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and closet. One bedroom also includes a safe for storing your valuables. Each full bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower, and fresh towels are provided for your stay.

The bright, open-concept living and kitchen area gives the apartment a spacious and welcoming feel. Relax on the comfortable couch and enjoy the flat-screen TV after a day of exploring San Pedro.

The fully equipped kitchen features a refrigerator, oven, stove, coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, basic cookware, utensils, and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. A dining area is also provided for enjoying breakfast, dinner, or your favorite island takeout.

For added convenience, Unit 201 includes a private washer and dryer, along with an iron and ironing board.

Exciting improvements are underway at VIVA Residences! We’re currently transforming our rooftop into an incredible space featuring a pool, swim-up bar, fitness center, and rooftop kitchen. These amenities are still under construction and are not yet available for guest use, but we can’t wait to share them with our future guests once completed.

Construction takes place during daytime hours, typically between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Some construction activity and noise may be noticeable during these hours. We appreciate your understanding as we continue making VIVA Residences even better.

Please note that Unit 201 is located on the second floor and is currently accessible by stairs, as there is no elevator.
