Sunrise Caye Villa is located at Caye Villas which is comprised of five beachfront private villas that are situated around a large pool. The villa has two bedrooms, three bathrooms, and includes a sleeper sofa in the living room. Housekeeping service is provided every other day of your stay and local airport transfers are also included. The has an onsite caretaker as well as security in the evenings. Mata Grande Grocery is located right behind the property and Rojo Beach Bar, Mata Chica, and Rendezvous are just a few minutes' walk away.

Dominico helped with anything once our flip flops hit San Pedro. Kris was an excellent and prompt source of information before we arrived for planning purposes. We felt the location was just perfect as downtown San Pedro was not super high on our priority list. We dove with Elite Divers who were excellent! The accommodations at Caye Villas were very comfortable for our party of four. Slept well, AC and showers very nice.

Janice and Damian were very helpful in accommodating us for a late arrival.Caye Villas is a very pleasant place to stay on Ambergris Caye.

Wonderful people , property was beautiful. We enjoyed our time it was quiet. And Damion was wonderful. We want to come back there again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Caye Villas! The house was perfectly appointed for our group of 4. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and maintained and we took full advantage of the lovely pool. We came to Belize specifically to dive and the location of the villas was very convenient since it’s next door to a great dive shop. Last but certainly not least, the staff at Caye Villas is truly wonderful. Both Janice, the property manager, and Kris in the office, were very responsive, efficient and helpful. The onsite staff was fantastic too. We owe a huge debt of gratitude to Amparo, Vladimir and Damian, the caretaker, whose kindness and attention to detail made our stay all we’d hoped it would be. We look forward to the next visit!
