We loved the location because it was within walking distance of everything. We did end up getting a golf cart to maximize our distance on San Pedro and there is free parking at the Reef Lofts so that was really nice. The house was clean and had all the things we needed to cook meals

The pool was enjoyable and host was good with communication. However, the place felt a bit run down, the elevator was a bit sketchy, and some of the door locks were insecure but had been fixed upon request. Otherwise good spot for being walkable from the marina and the patio/pool area had lots of sitting and great views.
