Set on a secure, tree-lined 5,000 m² lot on the outskirts of the Pays d'Auge, this renovated house accommodates up to ten people. The 9x5 m saltwater pool, heated to 28 degrees from April through late October and featuring plenty of lounge chairs, takes center stage in the living area.



The large living area combines a fully equipped kitchen, living room, and dining room where up to eight people can gather for a meal. Three bedrooms with double beds, a room with a sofa bed on the ground floor, and a dormitory with four single beds complete the house. There are two bathrooms, one of which includes a washer and dryer.



The property features a ping-pong table, a basketball hoop, a barbecue, and a variety of board games. Lake Pont-l’Évêque offers paddleboarding, kayaking, and a water ski lift. Hiking trails allow you to explore the countryside, and a go-kart track is just a few minutes away.



Deauville and Trouville-sur-Mer are less than twenty minutes away, as is Honfleur with its Vieux Bassin. The half-timbered villages of Pont-l’Évêque and Beaumont-en-Auge are just a few kilometers away. Several golf courses are available in the region, and the D-Day beaches are about an hour’s drive away.
