This cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bath retreat comfortably sleeps 5 and offers the ideal mountain getaway. After a day on the slopes, unwind with access to the shared pool and hot tub, included with your stay. Enjoy comfort, convenience, and a true slopeside experience all in one inviting space.
The Space:
Welcome to Beaver Brook Condo, your true Sugarloaf slopeside escape. Upon entering the ground level of the condo building, step inside to a welcoming hallway complete with a large ski bench, perfect for unloading gear, removing boots, and hanging jackets after a day on the mountain.
To the right, settle into the bedroom featuring two custom, high-end Amish wood bunk beds: one twin-over-twin and one twin-over-full. Beautifully crafted, incredibly sturdy, and exceptionally comfortable, these bunks offer great sleep for both adults and kids. Our bedroom also features a mounted Smart TV to enjoy streaming your favorite shows and movies.
Continue down the hall to the full bathroom with a full tub/shower combo, ideal for warming up and relaxing after long ski days. The hallway also includes a full washer and dryer setup, making it easy to dry gear, refresh clothes, and extend your stay stress-free.
At the end of the hall, you’ll enter the main living area designed for both comfort and gathering. The kitchen, dining, and living room flow together seamlessly. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, gas range stove, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and toaster oven, everything you need for meals between runs.
Our dining area features a round table with 5 chairs or move a few chairs over to our wooden bar top separating the kitchen from the living area. Plenty of room to eat meals or gather around to play games.
Our cozy living room features a sectional couch with an additional full size bed that pulls out for extra sleeping. We also have a plush oversized bean bag chair, and Smart TV for movie or game nights. A propane fireplace adds ambiance and extra warmth, while the condo is primarily heated by radiant floor heating to keep toes warm after a day outdoors.
Step outside, and the Snubber Chairlift is just beyond the parking lot, making ski-in/ski-out access effortless for all levels of skiers. After full days on the slopes, unwind with access to the condo association’s pool and hot tub, included with your stay and perfect for soothing tired ski legs.

Guest Access:
Snowbrook Pool House Access
Guests have access to the Snowbrook Pool House from 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM. After the winter season, the facility is self-access with a provided key (no attendant on-site), and hot tubs/sauna are unavailable.
Guests are responsible for removing and replacing the pool cover after use and leaving the space as found. The entry door locks automatically—keep the key with you at all times to avoid lockout fees.
Please note: sign-in is required, and no food, drinks, or glass are allowed in the pool area.
There is one locked closet for the owners things inside of the Condo.
Other Things to Note:
The floors are radiant heat which is the main source for the condo.
This property is not pet friendly. There will be a $100 fee charged if this rule is not followed.
Winter pool hours will take effect December 15. The schedule will be:
Monday–Friday: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Saturday: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Sunday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Pool hours for vacation weeks will be posted on the pool doors one week prior and will remain up for the duration of those vacation weeks.
