Sunny Ski-in, Ski-out, 2 BR/2 BA well furnished end unit condo, located in Snowbrook Village, one of Sugarloaf’s most desirable condominium Associations. The views of Sugarloaf mountain are fantastic! Master bedroom includes a queen size bed, and second bedroom has set of bunkbeds and a queen size bed. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need for your stay including microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, etc.
Fantastic location for family with kids, includes the use of Snowbrook's private pool, 3 hot tubs, sauna and recreation room.
Ski right to Snubber chairlift or take the free mountain shuttle to the Base Lodge. No need for a car once you arrive.
Ski locker just outside the condo door.
Adjacent to cross country ski trails, skating ponds and near the Anti-gravity Center where the adventurous can climb rock walls, skate at the indoor boarding park or use the trampolines. The shuttle also runs to the new Sugarbowl for bowling, arcade, golf simulator and great food/drinks.
This unit is owner occupied the majority of the season with two dogs and two cats.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. With 2 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, we had plenty of space for our family of 4. The condo is probably one of the best appointed we have ever hard, from the ski locker to kitchen to linens to the bathrooms. We enjoyed easy access to downhill skiing, snowshoeing and nordic ski trails. Becky was also really helpful in navigating our stay during COVID restrictions. We hope to return.

The condo was comfortable. Plenty of room for my husband and I and grandkids! Shuttle right outside door. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was great!

We stayed here with our 2 boys (9 and 11). The condo is convenient to the slopes and had everything we needed for a comfortable "home away from home" stay. We would definitely stay here again.
