Welcome to The Sugar Tree Roost Condo B, a cozy space at Sugarloaf Mountain that sleeps 4 comfortably with a queen sized bed and a convenient Murphy bed. This centrally located retreat offers easy access to everything Sugarloaf has to offer. From the slopes to the fitness center- no need to step outside- you'll find adventure and relaxation at your fingertips.
The Space:
Welcome to the Sugar Tree Roost Condo B. This condo sleeps 4 comfortably and offers the privacy of french doors separating our Queen sized bedroom from our common spaces. Our living area offers a propane fireplace and dining room table that can seat 4 adults. We also have 2 high top chairs that are used for our kitchen counter/bar top area.
Our Condo has a fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances such as, a drip coffee maker, microwave, fridge and electric stove - perfect for preparing meals after a day on the slopes.
Let's not forget to make use of the murphy bed that pulls down from behind the two swivel chairs in our living room for extra sleeping space.
We rent this space as a multi-level unit but this specific listing is JUST for the lower level which includes a private entrance and wheelchair accessibility via an elevator. This Condo also offers one onsite parking in our covered garage, making it convenient to load up your gear in our elevator and ride your way with ease to our mid level condo. (no stairs necessary!)
Nestled just steps away from Sugarloaf's Sports and Fitness Center, The Sugar Tree Roost provides easy access to the mountain. The Sugarloaf Heath & Fitness Center is attached to this Condo complex and has a ton to offer! Please check their website or reach out to your hosts for more information on their daily rates and schedules - this is a separate fee not included in your stay. They have a great cafe, sauna, indoor pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, weight room and racquetball!
Whether you're here for adventure, relaxation, or a little of both, The Sugar Tree Roost provides a seamless blend of comfort, accessibility, and prime location to make your stay unforgettable.
Guest Access:
You may use all areas of the Condo B except for the locked owner's closets and upstairs unit via the spiral staircase.
Other Things to Note:
House Rules:
We ask that you leave the home as you found it, dishes should be washed and put away, furniture all in its place, check out instructions followed the morning of your departure, etc.
No smoking or vaping (of any kind) in the house.
We do not allow pets at this property. If this rule is broken there will be a $100 fee.
We kindly ask you remove trash & returnables from the home the day of your departure and place in designated barrels (refer to house manual.)
We understand accidents happen, if anything is broken during your stay, please notify your Host/Co-Host.
No large gatherings or events without owner's written permission. Limit number of guests to those that have been accounted for in the rental.
Extra's:
All consumables such as paper towels, toilet paper, hand soaps, detergents, etc. are provided. The kitchen is also well stocked with basics like spices, oil, sugar, etc.
You can access the Health and Fitness center from the building with pass you can purchase yourself. This pass is not included in the price of your stay.
You also have parking garage access for one vehicle, any additional vehicles will have to park in the overflow parking on site.

This property is self check-in but we live nearby and are always available by text or call throughout your stay.
