Ski in/ski out condo located in Birchwood III. It is a ground unit, and in the building located closest to the trail and lift. Convenient location on the shuttle route, and also walking distance to most mountain amenities including the Shipyard Brew Haus, Sugarloaf Sports & Fitness Center, Base Lodge, and Village. Enjoy beautiful views of Sugarloaf Mountain in the open-concept living room and kitchen, and the Bigelow range in the two bedrooms.

We spent four nights at Backwoods and had a great time. The layout of the condo is great with the two bedrooms and bathroom on the lower level and a living area at the top. Plenty of room for four of us. Beds were comfortable and plenty of blankets. The location is perfect - a quick walk to the end of the parking lot and there is a trail to the slopes. We skied back for lunch and then went back out again. We will be back again!
