Apartment in Puerto Vallarta

About this apartment rental
Puerto Vallarta is safe, racially diverse and culturally tolerant with a large international population of expats, nomads, and people seeking a new mode of living! A great place to raise kids or just recharge the soul. And only 3 hours plane ride to San Francisco, where we're from, makes it super easy to conduct business in the US and Canada when needed.
A cool sanctuary from the heat and humidity after a long day of sun and fun, our 2nd story 50 sq/m apartment is perfect for couples, expats and digital nomads ready to unwind in Mexico. Located in the quieter back of Zoho Skies and mercifully shaded during the high heat of midday (see note at bottom). The elevator takes you to the roof in seconds with stunning panoramic views out to sea and the lush mountains from our rooftop garden, pool lounge, grill and open-air working space with free wifi.
My husband and I have to delay our move to PV by at least a year so our beautiful one bedroom-flex apartment is available.
Location, location, location. We are central to the beach (4 blocks to the ocean) water tours and adventures (5min to departure port), wine bars, shops, galleries, the Marina and golf links, and a super fast (and air conditioned!) Uber drive to any further tourist destination. Average Uber ride in PV = $4.00usd ($5.50 Canadian).
Enjoy the teeming throngs of neighborhoods downtown by the Malecon or the vibrant all-night energy of the Romantic Zone and then come home to chill and recharge in an easier neighborhood at Zoho Skies, catch some waves or lounge by the pool. Unlike other neighborhoods, the restaurants and shops around Zoho are open year round.
When it's time to plan your escape, you're a simple 10 min ride to PV international Airport. Easy-peasy.
Cerveza y margaritas en la playa son las órdenes de los médicos para una vida más feliz!
(Note: Zoho building is undertaking a renovation to the back property beyond our balcony. Landscaping, tree planting, house painting (see picture in list) and adding a covered carport for the neighbor below who sold a portion of her land to Zoho Skies. Until then her car port remains uncovered with several cars visible below.
If you want to spend long hours gazing out at the mountains the best place to do that would be on the rooftop pool and lounge/work areas - though I have gotten lost staring at the glorious clouds from our floor to ceiling sliding glass doors. Our balconies also have bamboo and privacy screens . Most of the year it's far too hot to sit on the balcony anyway except at night so this is rarely an issue.
In addition, there is a business conference room on site and multiple shaded lounge work areas on the fourth floor mezzanines.
We spent time at Zoho while we furnished the place and it's peaceful for the most part and cooler in the midday which we liked. This is a newer building so they are still adjusting things and tinkering here and there. Mostly the building is tranquil and lovely. We're thrilled with all the amenities and proximity to everything you need down here. It's perfectly located. Eventually we'll be down ourselves when our son is a little older)
Thanks for reading everything - we look forward to connecting you to Puerto Vallarta! :)
