Fall in love with this charming apartment located in the heart of Marina Vallarta. With one bedroom, one bathroom, and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room, it’s perfect for a romantic getaway or a stylish solo escape. Start your mornings on the terrace with breathtaking views of the ocean and the marina’s luxury yachts. This space is managed by VidaCoral, a professional vacation rental company. All of our units have basic criteria of services, cleanliness and equipment. We have special prices for stays of 1 month or more, contact us before booking!
By reserving this unit you accept the following conditions.
1) Additional guests cannot stay other than those in the reservation. Make sure to register all the guest as our prices vary according to the occupants. Unfortunately dues to the condominium policies, visitors are not allowed (for specific situations, we can sometimes make an exception, contact us to validate)
2) We might provide shampoo, soap, cleaning products and basic consumables only as a welcome amenity but those not products should not be considered as included during the stay.
3) As per condominium regulations, within 24hrs of your reservation we will need the names of each occupant to complete a registration. This request is very strict for us, if we don't receive it, we may have to cancel the reservation.
4) All our units are non smoking, please smoke outside in designated areas. Thank you!
5) Check-In/Check-Out. Please respect the check in and check out time windows. We offer early check-In and late Check-out for $400 pesos per event. It is important to respect the check out time as we most likely have guest arriving. An hourly fine of $1,000 pesos will apply for non programmed late check outs.
Parties or excessive noise will not be tolerated. After 9pm, please keep the noise and music to a minimum. Our units are meant for families, couples and relaxation. Upon receiving the first complaint from neighbors, security or the condominium administration we will have to cancel the reservation and ask you to vacate the unit.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and good location in the marina. The view from windows and balcony are not great. You’re basically facing a wall of the neighboring building with a small view of the marina. Sun shines hot on balcony the entire afternoon. Not a lot of privacy between balconies on both sides. The only real complaint I have is that the patio on the roof is not open until 9:00 am which did not allow the viewing of sunrise at 7:20 am. Didn’t swim in the pool.
