• No parties, events and smoking inside allowed.
• The guest must comply with the rules under the guest rental agreement.
• The guest booking the property must be at least 21 years of age when they book and stay with us. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests, as well as to comply with local laws and regulations.
• A property damage protection fee is included, covering up to $3,000 in accidental damage. For stays of less than 30 nights, the fee is $75. Any damages exceeding these limits or excluded from the policy are the guest's responsibility.
• The primary guest must complete the check-in form in the Guest Portal before check-in to receive property access information.
