Great staff who were attentive to all of our requests. The place feels very intimate, peaceful, and private.

1. Maintenance: Several facilities in the room required maintenance or repair. We had difficulty opening the room door, the toilet cistern took around 15 minutes to refill, and the bed frame was broken and unstable. The staff responded promptly to our requests and fixed the door and toilet issue, which we appreciated. However, we would expect the room and its facilities to be properly maintained before guests arrive. 2. Breakfast: The breakfast could definitely be improved. The fruit was good, but unfortunately the rest of the breakfast did not meet our expectations. 3. Cleanliness: The rooms themselves were cleaned very well. However, the towels and bed linen occasionally had stains and needed to be replaced. The staff were always responsive and replaced them whenever we asked. 4. Location: Although the hotel is located right by the beach, it is not really a suitable beach for swimming. The surrounding area did not feel particularly pleasant or comfortable to walk around at night, and the hotel is quite far from the main tourist areas of the city.
