Pet Friendly Parkway Palace Sleeps 10

We stayed at Pet Friendly Parkway Palace from August 21st through the 23rd, and our experience was outstanding from start to finish. The home was clean, comfortable, spacious, and exactly as advertised. It provided everything our group needed for a relaxing stay, and the location was perfect for exploring Louisville. What truly sets this property apart is the host's attention to detail and genuine hospitality. The owner checked in with us the day after arrival to make sure everything was meeting our expectations and to see if we needed anything. That level of care made us feel welcomed and appreciated. I've stayed in many vacation rentals over the years, but I've never encountered a property so thoughtfully stocked. If you could imagine needing it, the owner had already provided it. Beyond the usual essentials, there were brand-new, unopened boxes of Ziploc bags, Reynolds Wrap, parchment paper, plastic wrap, and so many other household items that most rentals never think to supply. It's clear the owner has put a great deal of thought into making guests feel at home and eliminating the little inconveniences that can come with travel. This wasn't just a place to stay, it felt like a home prepared by someone who truly cares about their guests' experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Louisville.

Nothing. We booked this property at the last minute after an issue with our hotel reservation regarding our dog. Because it was during the State Fair and options were limited, we booked one of the first available pet-friendly properties. The rate was very reasonable, comparable to what we were paying for a hotel room, so we weren't expecting much. Instead, we were pleasantly surprised. The home exceeded our expectations in every way, was incredibly well-stocked, fenced back yard for our dog, and the owner was one of the most attentive hosts we've encountered. The only side effect of our stay is that my husband is now building a fence in our backyard because our dog enjoyed it so much. We came for a weekend getaway and left with a home improvement project.
