Cocoonr offers you this charming 165 m² house in Marigny to rent for up to 4 people.
It comprises a 40 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, two shower rooms and a 600 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A pleasant 40 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, dining area, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with double bed (140×190) and en-suite shower room (with shower and WC)
- A patio, ideal for relaxing
- Separate WC
On the mezzanine :
- Bedroom 2 (with a door): a double bed (140×190) and en-suite shower room (with shower and WC)
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A beautiful 600 m² west-facing garden, bordered by a low wall and a small hedge.
- A 20 m² north-facing terrace, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally situated in Marigny, in a very pleasant setting. Just a few kilometres away, you’ll find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...

- ‘From Marigny to Grand Mauduit via the GR36’ walking route
