Cocoonr agency offers this 50 m² air-conditioned flat for rent in Canet-en-Roussillon, less than 100 metres from the beach, which can accommodate up to 6 people.
Located on the ground floor, it comprises a 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 20 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed (sleeps 2) and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 15 m² terrace, facing east/west, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Canet-en-Roussillon, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
