Located in Northeast Tucson, this welcoming art collector's home is a dream for guests seeking comfort and relaxation in the quietest part of Tucson.

With a freshly remodeled kitchen and three bedrooms featuring a king bed, a queen murphy bed, and queen bed, there’s plenty of space for everyone. Two bathrooms include a bathtub and a bidet.

The tranquil atmosphere invites guests to unwind after a day of exploring the nearby trails on Mt Lemmon or the Rincon Mountains, Reddington and Saguaro National Park. Relax on the porches with a view of The Catalina and Rincon Mountain Ranges in a lush yard of native species full of sculpture. The rooftop deck allows an expansive view of the sunset and the pink mountains in the evening. Whether you’re enjoying a quiet morning or gathering with friends, this beautiful home offers a perfect retreat. We hope you enjoy what our place and Tucson have to offer.

This colorful home on a large property is a Cyclist's Paradise. 1.4 miles from the base of Mount Lemmon, one of Global Cycling Network's top 10 rides in the world, 4 miles from The Loop cycling path of over 100 miles around Tucson & out to the suburbs, 5 miles from the protected 9 mile loop at Saguaro National Park East, If it's feeling warm, shuttle your bike to mile 9 (Seven Cataracts) and start the ride from 5000ft, where the vegetation starts to shift dramatically. Mountain bikers will love Fantasy Island & Vail Vortex flowing trail systems, three segments of the Arizona Trail (Colossal Cave, Lemmon & Reddington), and the iconic burly rugged trails of Mt. Lemmon and the famous Milagrosa "Mili" drop. Cycling groups leave daily from LeBuzz coffee shop 3 miles down the road to give you a social or very spirited opportunity to enjoy riding with others.

For Hikers, Mount Lemmon offers well over 40 different trails from 3,000ft. elevation to 9,100ft. Everything on this side is dog friendly! Agua Caliente Peak and the trails up Milagrosa Canyon often hold water as well as some very nice bolted climbing walls. Saguaro Park East has trails winding in and out of their protected spaces. We will leave an extensive list of hiking ideas, suggestions and referral to hiking groups.

McDonald Park to the west has an incredible playground, dog park and walking path. Udall park down the road has a wonderful kid's splash pad as well as 25yd pool with a diving bay. 49ers Country Club 3 miles away also has a regulation pool with view of the mountains and a full golf course and gym you are welcome to try.

Golfers are never not busy in Tucson with our municipal and private courses across the city and sprinkled all over the northern side of town. Nearby 49ers is an economical opportunity to play and keep it close.

Tucson, is a premier UNESCO City of Gastronomy—the first in the US—celebrated for its 5,000-year-old culinary history blending Indigenous, Spanish, Mexican, and Anglo influences. The city's food culture features Sonoran-style cuisine, featuring heritage ingredients like tepary beans and mesquite, alongside famous staples like Sonoran hot dogs and carne seca. Wonderful Thai, Italian, health-focused, New Mexican and many other tasty options fill the town. Live music is a frequent option. Not only at bars or standard venues, but at the Ranches and private homes in the area.

The owners maintain a website making the guests aware of activities and events in town. Both community minded, they can keep you aware of opportunities unique to Tucson, Like Beyond community walk/runs every week (free with music, giveaways & restaurant discounts), a way to be social, see the murals and sites of downtown, and be active. Tucson is an exceptionally outdoorsy and health-oriented town. It's people appreciate our year-round opportunity to enjoy its diverse and special beauty.

You will be greeted by full bookshelves of reference, history, botany, poetry, philosophy, Far Side, escapist fun, and bilingual children's books. Our reading room stops time and allows you to get lost in words while sipping your morning cuppa. Apple TV allows you to login to stream and the soundsystem fills the main living space. We may be finding a way to have music other than a Google Puck in the bedrooms. We love dogs and have two of the best mountain-biking, trail running canines ever, but we aren't comfortable with having them in the house at this point. That is the reason for the pet deposit rate.
