Welcome to our clean, comfortable foothills retreat—an ideal home base for couples, friends, and families who want incredible views and quick access to Tucson’s best outdoor spots.
This main-level, single-floor home is approximately 2,000 sq ft and features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, sleeping up to 8. The third bedroom can also be used as a dedicated office, and the home includes very fast internet, making it easy to work remotely between adventures. You’ll also have a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living space, and an easy, relaxed layout that makes it simple to settle in after a day of exploring Tucson.
Enjoy a quiet cul-de-sac setting located about ¼ mile from the base of the mountains. Nature lovers will appreciate frequent wildlife sightings including deer, javelina, hummingbirds, and more.
World-class recreation is close by—hiking and biking are right out your door, and Sabino Canyon is an approximate ten-minute walk away. Mt. Lemmon is only about a 30-minute drive for cooler temperatures, seasonal snow, alpine scenery, and skiing when conditions allow. You’re also conveniently located: shopping and dining are about 5 minutes away, and the University of Arizona and downtown Tucson are an easy drive.

The lower/basement level is completely locked off and never rented by itself to paying guests. On rare occasions, it may be occupied by the owners (who normally live in Florida). If occupied, the owners remain exclusively in the lower level; the two levels are fully separated/locked off with no shared spaces of any kind, including indoor or outdoor areas. The upper fenced backyard, gazebo, and parking are for main/street-level guests only.
