The house consists of two floors. On the ground floor there is a large room with board games for children and adults and a ping-pong table, as well as a library with books for all ages. From this room you can access the street and a square where the children can play quietly. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a sink and a bathroom. From the dining room you have access to an interior patio with garden furniture, barbecue, barbecue, ctr.
The house has an outdoor patio equipped with a large table, comfortable chairs, parasol, barbecue, and everything you need to make a good paella at lunch or dinner under the watchful eye of the illuminated bell tower. From the patio you can also access the square in front of the house.
If the client requests it, we can incorporate a cot for babies in a room and we also have a highchair. In front of the house there is a parking area and 20 metres away there is also a car park. Smoking is not allowed inside the house, but you can smoke in the outside patio.
