Villa Habana is a Mediterranean family villa with a private pool and garden, perfect for relaxed holidays on the Costa Dorada near Sitges and Barcelona. The sandy beaches of Calafell and Coma-ruga are only a few minutes away by car. The villa is located in a quiet residential area between El Vendrell and Calafell, offering privacy, comfort and easy access to beaches, seaside towns and local attractions.
Villa Habana is also ideal for longer stays in spring and autumn, when guests can enjoy cycling routes, wine tourism in the Penedès region and peaceful coastal walks.
The house offers more than 180 m² of living space distributed over two bright floors, providing generous space for families and groups.
Upper floor
Four bedrooms (two twin rooms and two double bedrooms), including one with a private bathroom, a large terrace with open views and an additional bathroom.
Ground floor
A comfortable living room with fireplace, TV and a dining area for eight guests, with direct access to the porch and garden.
The fully equipped kitchen includes stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher.
There is also a bathroom with shower and a separate laundry room.
All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. The house also features ceiling fans and heating for the winter season. WiFi is available throughout the property.
Outdoor area
The villa offers a spacious covered porch, a summer kitchen with both charcoal and gas barbecue, and a private enclosed garden that is generous, peaceful and perfect for relaxing evenings and family gatherings.
The garden is carefully maintained and features a modern 7 × 5.5 m private swimming pool with integrated jacuzzi. For families with children, a removable pool safety fence can be installed upon request.
Children love the garden and pool area, while adults can relax comfortably on the shaded porch.

We really enjoyed the stay at the villa we mostly stayed at the villa then to travel around the city as it was so comfortable and big and we loved staying in ,also the outdoor kitchen amazing .The owner was very lovely and kept in contact with us if we needed anything. The location was perfect the beaches was also close by.
Would for sure book again ☺️

Great house with outstanding garden in Northern Spain, city of Calafell close to Sitges and Barcelona.
We are a family of four with two boys, 9 and 10, who had a lovely vacation when renting a house in the Cava/Spanish champagne district. The house is perfect for 8 people, best for two couples with kids since two out of four rooms have bunk beds and two have doubles. Two showers and one bath.
We enjoyed the district with beaches, restaurants and vine yards - just follow instructions in a folder in the house - good advice there on trips.
Also lovely staff! Go there!

We rent houses every year along the coast of Mediterrania. This time in northern Spain close to wonderful Barcelona, hot Sitges and great food-and-wine area of Cava (Spanish champagne-area). This house stood out for its small, but well-planned and beautiful garden outlined around a new pool and a great outdoor kitchen.
The poolguy, gardener and hosting agency the owners used were all wonderful and helpful.
The garden is completely surrounded by a high wall making it safe, secluded and child friendly!
The house is situated very close to neighbours, a medium sized food store with 5-10 minute drive to great beaches. The best beaches we found in the owners folder for guests in the house. The best restsurants are 30 mins away in the Cava region around the Cava vineyards! And in Sitges and Barcelona! Great place to rent and even in high season it is 1000 euros less or more per week than for a house in the French riviera. Go there!!! The house has got the best air condition ever - one for each room. Great for two families.

If you are looking for a nice and quiet place to stay with your family, this should be your first option. There is a nice garden and plenty of room for the kids, we felt like home. The place is 10 min distance to the nice beach of Calafell, 15 minutes to Sitges and 40 min away from Barcelona, so you can combine the best of worlds. The owners are amazing, they gave us advice about places to visit and things to do. Our vacations were great, the experience was unique.
