Welcome to our stylish and light-filled vacation home, Licht-Blick 9, with a stunning view of the famous Wiltinger Scharzhofberg vineyard. With approximately 110 square meters of living space spread over two floors, you can enjoy modern living in a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. The vacation home features two separate double bedrooms on the first floor—one with a comfortable double bed and one with a loft bed—as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet and a guest restroom. Both bedrooms open directly onto the paved terrace, behind which lies a spacious lawn where your dog will have plenty of room to play—the property is fenced. Upstairs, the spacious living and dining area with its open-concept layout invites you to linger. You can relax on the large, cozy corner sofa, from which you can enjoy the TV area. The modern kitchen, with access to its own balcony, is fully equipped (a Nespresso coffee machine is provided—though there is no microwave, as the induction cooktop and modern oven serve as excellent alternatives) and offers plenty of space for cooking together. The large dining table makes the room the perfect gathering spot for family and friends. The sunny terrace offers a unique view of the surrounding vineyards—ideal for relaxing with a glass of Riesling.
Bicycles can be parked conveniently and securely in the covered area next to the house.
The Licht-Blick 9 vacation home is THE ideal starting point for your active vacation: the surrounding forest and hiking trails, as well as the well-maintained bike paths along the Saar River, are all within easy reach.
For fresh rolls in the morning, you’ll find a bakery right in Wiltingen where you can also pick up daily necessities. Fresh eggs are available about 50 meters away—directly from the farm. In the neighboring town of Oberemmel (about 3 km away), you’ll also find a supermarket, a general practitioner, and several wineries that are well worth a visit. Wiltingen is centrally located between the larger towns of Konz and Saarburg; the latter, in particular, is definitely worth a day trip.

On the first floor, the vacation home features two separate double bedrooms—one with a comfortable double bed and one with a loft bed—a bathroom with shower and toilet, and a guest restroom. Both bedrooms open directly onto the terrace, where you can enjoy the magnificent view. Upstairs is the spacious living and dining area with an open-concept layout. A large, cozy corner sofa invites you to relax, as does the TV area. The modern kitchen, with access to its own balcony, is fully equipped and offers plenty of space for cooking together. On-site fees: Bicycles can be conveniently stored in the covered area next to the house. A parking space for one car is also located directly at the vacation home. Pets are allowed at the Licht-Blick 9 vacation home. Please note that a fee of €20.00 per pet per night will be charged. Bed linens and towels are included. A cleaning fee of €120.00 will be charged.



Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00, and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
