It is a marvelous luxurious property that offers exceptional accommodation over two levels with the indoor modern decoration but also with the outdoor relaxing area. The outdoor area has a private pool 30m2, an open-air living room with sofas, barbeque facilities with an open dining area & a beautiful garden with flowers and grass lawn. It can accommodate 7 guests in the 3 luxurious suite bedrooms and a bed sofa. On the lower level there is a modern furnished living room with a dining table with the lounge next to the fireplace with pool and garden view. A large 43’’ satellite led TV with DVD player and cd/radio player, a fully functional kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machines and the all the necessary kitchen utensils . Also in the low level there is a bedroom with twin beds with hypoallergenic antistress mattresses offered with a private bathroom with jacuzzi shower. On the first floor is the master suite bedroom with a king size bed with hypoallergenic antistress mattress, a private bathroom with Jacuzzi shower, a led 32’’ satellite TV, a safety deposit box and a covered balcony with pool, garden and sea view. there is an independent suite bedroom with a king size bed with hypoallergenic antistress mattress, a private bathroom with Jacuzzi shower, a led 32’’ satellite Also provided washing machine, air-conditioning in all rooms, free wireless internet, iron equipment.
