The Space:

Loft 177 is a stylish duplex holiday apartment in Nieuwpoort-Bad. Upon arrival, you park in a private garage box a short distance away. Inside, you enter a spacious, bright open-plan living area with dining space and a warm interior in a refined minimalist, natural and luxurious style, featuring soft tones and high-quality materials. From the living room, you can enjoy a front balcony with a glimpse of the sea, as well as a large rear terrace with a sunshade and a seating area with a dining table and beanbags. The fully equipped open kitchen blends seamlessly into the space.



On this floor, there is a cozy sleeping nook with a double bed and TV. Upstairs in the duplex are 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed and en-suite shower, one with a double bed and bunk bed (double upper bunk and a fixed child’s bed below), and one bedroom with a double bed. Each bedroom has sufficient storage space. The beds are made upon arrival with high-quality bedding.



In addition, there is a spacious, beautifully finished family bathroom with a bathtub, walk-in shower and double sink. Towels are included during your stay.



From the apartment, you are right in the lively shopping street of Nieuwpoort-Bad, while the beach, cozy restaurants, boutiques and all amenities are within walking distance. The central location allows you to leave your car parked and fully enjoy a carefree holiday. For the ultimate beach experience, a beach cabin within walking distance can also be booked.

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:

If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of € 750. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.



LINEN:

Quality bed linen and towels (kitchen and bathroom) are provided in this accommodation.



CLEANING:

Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.



CONSUMPTION:

Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.



CONTROL:

The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.



OTHER:

Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
