With its central location in the popular Baltic seaside resort of Kellenhusen, this spacious 4-star holiday home offers enough space for up to 6 people on around 100 m². It is the ideal accommodation for families, couples or friends and, of course, for holidays with grandma and grandpa close to the beach.
Inside, the holiday home impresses with three cosy bedrooms that promise restful nights. A spacious living and dining room offers plenty of light and space to spend time together. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave and other amenities. Two bathrooms, one with a WC on the upper floor and another on the ground floor, as well as a separate guest WC also ensure comfort. There is also free WiFi and satellite TV in every room, a child-friendly environment with a high chair and travel cot and an optional adjoining flat with a workspace for a home office.
Outside, the terrace invites you to relax, while the communal garden offers ideal opportunities for outdoor activities. Guests travelling with an electric car can benefit from the existing charging station. The bicycle shed, equipped with a charging socket for e-bikes, completes the offer. Thanks to solar energy, the holiday home is also environmentally friendly.
