This charming holiday villa, suitable for 11 people, is located in the countryside of Montelupo Fiorentino, just outside Florence (25 km).
Surrounded by centuries-old olive and cypress trees, the villa enjoys a breathtaking 360° view of the Tuscan surroundings from its exclusive hilltop position.
The villa, originally built in the 11th century, has undergone extensive and careful restoration. As a result, this beautiful villa is now equipped with all the modern comforts and amenities guests need for an unforgettable and memorable holiday.
The villa consists of two separate flats connected by a connecting door.
Guests have at their disposal a swimming pool (8x3, up to 1.40 m deep, open from May to September) adjacent to the villa's outdoor terrace with hydromassage jets and a large, independent garden.
The villa is on two floors and is furnished in typical Tuscan style, with exceptional works of art such as valuable paintings, Montelupo ceramics and typical ornaments.
On the ground floor there are two spacious living rooms, a beautiful fully equipped kitchen with beautiful arched windows offering spectacular views over the valley, a service bathroom, a spacious bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with large shower, a master bedroom with queen-size bed, a separate walk-in wardrobe and a large bathroom with shower, and a study room with French bed. Outside there are two furnished covered terraces, ideal for al fresco dining.
On the first floor there are two spacious living rooms with a huge fireplace, ideal for curling up with a book, a bright, panoramic kitchen with a terrace, a service bathroom, a master bedroom with a double bed and a large en-suite bathroom with a double shower, a large bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower.
All rooms are air-conditioned. The kitchen and other rooms are equipped with ceiling fans.
