Original schoolhouse configuration leads to a grand upstairs great room and hallway with original hardwood flooring. Three downstairs bedrooms complete the sleeping spaces, with a hall bathroom offering walk-in shower and soaking tub. You'll find an additional half-bath off game room for added convenience. Outdoor amenities abound as well, with outdoor wood pizza oven, propane BBQ, propane firepit, multiple dining and seating areas, including the charming, shaded gazebo and a brand new spa! Union Schoolhouse, built in 1923 as a local resource for the Eastside Paso Robles rural community, was the new, modern schoolhouse at the time. The school welcomed children for their first eight years of education and featured indoor plumbing, two classrooms, a stage for school programs, and large outdoor spaces for baseball and playground. Supplies provided for pickle ball and bocce ball. You never had this much fun at school! (We ask that you remove your shoes when on the upper level, due to the historic wood floors. Parking Details: - Please make sure you park only in the designated property parking locations. If your home offers street parking, please make sure you read all posted signage. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
