There is also a large sun terrace with sun loungers and an air-conditioned 50 square metre wellness area with LCD TV, Finnish sauna, shower and WC. Villa Zita Exclusive is one of the most luxurious villas in central Istria. This unique property consists of 2 separate houses and can accommodate up to 10 people. Both houses are fully air-conditioned and equipped with luxury designer furniture. The detached house has 90 square metres of living space spread over two floors. It consists of ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table and living room with attractive modern fireplace and a toilet. On the first floor are two bedrooms both with double bed, SAT-TV and private shower/WC. The larger house consists of a basement where there is a separate living area with a wonderful designer fireplace and satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen with dining table and a separate toilet.
