Villa Magica with pool is laid on a private estate with a large garden. It includes a small and the large house. Two of the bedrooms are in the smaller house, and three bedrooms are in the larger houses. Therefore, it is an excellent holiday home for 2 families, for a larger or extended family, and for groups of friends up to 10 people.
Outside of the villa, you will find a pool with massage jets, perfect for refreshments on hot days.
Furthermore, there are lot of Mediterranean plants in the garden, and pots all over the estate. In addition, you will find a covered dining room and the grill here.
The surrounding area of the Villa Magica with pool is rich in numerous cycling and hiking trails. So, make sure to bring your best walking shoes with you! Free bikes at the disposal will wait for you at the villa.
Since the location of the villa is remote, it is mandatory to have a car. The nearest grocery store is a 10-minute drive away, and the nearest larger town of Pazin is a 20-minute drive away.

Prekrasna kuća sa svime potrebnim sadržajima i uredena do zadnjeg detalja. Pićan je odlična polazišna točka za obilazak Istre, a sami gradić je miran i stvoren za opuštajući odmor. Sve u svemu odlični domaćini i odlična kuća! :)

A very lovely house in quite, little village in Istria. We had an amazing stay there. Our kids had lots of fun playing PS and table tennis, while we enjoyed the sauna and pool.

Diese Unterkunft erfüllt alles, was in ihrem Profil beschrieben wird und sogar noch mehr. Die ganze Familie ist sehr nett und gastfreundlich. Hier kann man ganz ungezwungen Urlauben und fühlt sich auf Anhieb willkommen!

Nice, very clean house with a wonderful little garden in a quiet village. We had a very good time. The host is very helpful and gave us some great advice.
