From summer 2019, the new covered summer kitchen with garden furniture will be available in the garden as well as a children's kitchen for little chefs. The landlord lives in the other half of the house with a separate entrance to the courtyard and house.
The holiday home has 160m2 of living space, spread over two floors and 3 residential units. On the ground floor is the flat for 4 people on 90m2 and consists of spacious living-dining room, separate kitchen, a 30m2 double bedroom, bedroom with 2 separate beds, bathroom with shower / wc and separate toilet. At the entrance there is a covered terrace with garden furniture. This flat is partially adapted for disabled people.
There are 2 further holiday flats on the 1st floor. The flat for 2 persons with 33m2 consists of double bedroom, dining kitchen with exit to the balcony and bathroom with shower.
