The Space:

Villa Vista Nayarit's second-floor position brings the beach and Pacific horizon into view while keeping the sand steps away. Floor-to-ceiling doors connect the open living area to a private ocean-facing terrace, giving you an outdoor place for morning coffee, shared meals, and time with the sound of the surf below.



Inside, the living, dining, and kitchen spaces flow together, giving the group room to cook, eat, and unwind. The kitchen opens to the main gathering area, while air conditioning and high-speed Wi-Fi provide comfort between beach time and trips into San Pancho.



The 1,245-square-foot property accommodates up to four guests:



Bedroom 1: King bed

Bedroom 2: King bed and ensuite bathroom

Second full bathroom



An in-unit washer and dryer and secure parking are included.



Punta Paraiso's shared amenities include a swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center, game room, tropical gardens, and gated access to San Pancho Beach.



Guest Access:

Guests have private use of the entire property and its private ocean-facing terrace.



Punta Paraiso's pool, hot tub, fitness center, game room, gardens, and gated beach access are shared community amenities. A keypad provides self-guided access to the property, while community security manages entry to Punta Paraiso.



Each registered guest receives a wristband at check-in. Only registered guests wearing Punta Paraiso wristbands may enter the community; outside visitors are not permitted.



The Neighborhood:

Punta Paraiso sits on San Pancho Beach, placing Villa Vista Nayarit between the Pacific and the center of town. Walk along the sand, spend time by the pool, or head into San Pancho for cafes, restaurants, galleries, shops, and the town's community-centered arts scene.



San Pancho is smaller and quieter than neighboring Sayulita, but it remains an active coastal town. Beach activity, seasonal celebrations, music, and community events are part of the local experience.



Getting Around:

The beach and central San Pancho are accessible on foot from Punta Paraiso. Secure parking is included for guests who choose to bring a vehicle.

Second-floor property

Villa Vista Nayarit is located on the second floor of Punta Paraiso and is accessible by elevator or stairs.



Occupancy and visitors

The property accommodates no more than four registered guests. Punta Paraiso does not permit outside visitors. Each guest must wear the wristband issued by community security at check-in.



Guest registration and property rules

For security and wristband authorization, the Punta Paraiso HOA requires a signed copy of its Property Rules and the full name of every member of the traveling party. Arrival Getaways sends the form through DocuSign for convenient completion. The completed form must be received by the HOA at least 48 hours before arrival so wristbands and property access can be authorized.



Parking

Secure parking is included with the property.



Shared amenities

The pool, hot tub, fitness center, game room, gardens, and beach access are shared with other Punta Paraiso residents and guests.



Community rules

Parties and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking, pets, and diving or jumping into the pool are prohibited.



Beachfront setting

Ocean conditions, beach activity, and seasonal noise vary. Turtles, whales, dolphins, and other wildlife may be seen, but sightings cannot be guaranteed.
