About this house rental
Watch an amazing sunset over the ocean at the spacious poolside deck. The beach is only a 2 minute walk.
The house is custom built by renowned local architect Estela Mendoza and is located in one of the nicest areas of San Pancho.
Marble tile flooring through out the house and the decks.
The fully-equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops and a breakfast bar.
Each bedroom is nicely private with own deck and separated from other areas with en-suite bathrooms with open-air showers.

The town's main street with variety of restaurants and stores is about a 10 minute walk along the beach or slightly longer if you decide to take the road. There is a nice restaurant called Mar Plata just below the house as well.
The hillside location provides a cooling breeze and unforgettable tropical ocean views.
Easy access and parking for your car inside the gates.

Wonderful home with breathtaking views. Very comfortable for 2 couples (there are 3 master bedrooms with outside private showers each). Owners were very welcoming and kind. Close to beach and town. The house has multiple levels and decks and feels very private.
