Inside, we have a spacious living area with seating, smart TV, full kitchen plus two bedrooms, each with a king bed and its own bathroom. For convenience, there is a twin memory-foam rollaway bed plus a full size washer and dryer and free WIFI.

Important Policies:
~ Primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
~ One dog allowed with a non-refundable pet fee. Ask about a second.
~ No smoking or parties allowed.
~ A copy of the primary guest's ID and a signed rental agreement is required within 48 hours of booking
~ A $300 damage hold is required prior to arrival.
