The property itself was so nice! You have everything you need for your stay. House was very clean and the outside from the front yard to the back was awesome for hanging out! Probably took us only 2 mins if that to walk to the beach. Schooners restaurant is right across the street and anything else you need. Very nice and quiet neighborhood.

Great location! We enjoyed our stay and the property was super cute! Owners were great & even let us extend our stay! We love PCB! This was our first time renting a unit like this & we would definitely book again!

The location was great,however the house was not ready upon designated check in time. House keeper was still cleaning duplex while we waited in our car. Dumpster over loaded with trash from previous renters. Backyard layout cut up in multiple sections not@all like photos on Web. Burnt out lights, insufficient basic bathroom supplies. . No broom or dustpan to help straighten
