• No Garage Parking - Garage access is not available during your stay—ample driveway parking is provided.
• Signed Lease Required - To finalize your booking, a signed rental agreement is required. A background check will be completed before arrival details are shared. This helps us ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Must be 25 years of age to rent this property.
• Security Notice - Your safety matters. For your peace of mind, there is a Ring doorbell camera located in the driveway of the house, the main driveway & by the pickleball court.
• Early Check-In / Late Check-Out - Want to extend your stay a bit? Early check-in (12 PM) and late check-out (2 PM) are available for a $150 per request—subject to availability.
• No Events or Weddings - We love a good celebration, but for the comfort of all guests and neighbors, events and weddings are not permitted.
• Dog-Friendly with Fee - Bringing your pup? We welcome up to two dogs with a $150 fee per dog. Just let us know in advance!
• Boat Dock Info - Planning to bring your own boat? We're happy to help—but please check with us first. While we have a private dock and boat lift, we can't guarantee compatibility with all boat types.

The host was very responsive and accurate in the description. The game changer for our family was the extended space of the “man cave”. This location allowed for a surreal get away location for family members to compete with the golf simulator. Having several large commune areas was also a welcomed experience that allowed for both privacy and family gatherings.

We had a marvelous time celebrating with our family in this beautiful home. Plenty of place for all of us to enjoy the home. The man cave was a wonderful addition. The pool made the experience a 100% success.
