Located on the 1st floor with a private terrace, it comprises a fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, induction hob, multi-function oven, microwave, family-size coffee maker, fridge-freezer, kettle).
A sleeping area with a double bed (140 cm) and storage, and a living/dining room with a sofa bed and smart TV.
Optional extras: Linens are not provided but can be reserved in advance and collected upon key handover (double bed linen set: €12.00 / towel set: with one large and one small towel: €8.00). - High chair rental: €15 per week - Baby cot rental: €15 per week -
The apartment must be left clean and in good condition.
The tenant is responsible for cleaning the property before departure. If desired, a cleaning service can be requested 72 hours prior to departure (price available upon request).
You will be required to pay your security deposit. The link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be completed before your arrival (no cash or checks accepted).
We accept Chèques Vacances (French holiday vouchers).
