Sur la terrasse :
1/espace repas : seulement 4 tabourets mis à disposition (maison prévue pour 5) ce qui a contraint la 5eme personne à manger debout - suite échanges avec le propriétaire, il nous a indiqué qu’il était désolé mais qu’il n’avait pas de solution à nous proposer car il n’avait pas pu en acheter un nouveau (des precedents locataires l’ayant cassé).
2/espace salon: pas facile non plus d’utiliser le coin salon sur la terrasse : fuite d’eau tous les soirs sur la terrasse dû à la climatisation ce qui trempait les cousins
Dans la maison : Électroménager à mieux entretenir :
1/lave vaisselle ancien qui ne nettoyait pas correctement la vaisselle
2/hotte au dessus de la plaque de cuisson : problème avec l’interrupteur certainement dû à un faux contact (la hotte ne pouvait fonctionnait que sans éclairage. Si l’éclairage était allumé , l’évacuation de l’air s’interrompait)

Superb location and the property was exactly as described. Perhaps I didn't read the description properly before I booked but an absolute bonus surprise of a second toilet in the property! Just a few minutes walk to the beautiful beach and the busy cafe/restaurants/shopping area of the town centre. Canet-en-Rouisillon is a stunning town and the beach is beautifully clean.
Property had good air-conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, clothes rack, pegs, dishwasher, washing tablets provided, lots of towels. Would definitely stay here again.
The parking is in an underground parking garage a few blocks from the property which was very straightforward to use (at no extra cost).
