In the cozy living room, you will find a gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and a full-size sofa bed for extra guests. The fully equipped kitchen comes ready for home-cooked meals with a wall oven, stovetop, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and a dual coffee station featuring both drip coffee and Keurig makers. Enjoy your meals at the dining table with seating for six, or step through the doors to the spacious main deck, which offers outdoor seating, pool views, and a peek of the nearby bay. A convenient powder room is also located on this floor.
Upstairs, the upper level houses all three bedrooms and the laundry area. The spacious and bright master suite features a king-size bed, a private ensuite bathroom, and direct access to a large second-floor deck overlooking the pool.
