Getting Around:

This stretch of 30A is especially bike-friendly, and many guests love using the Timpoochee Trail (30A’s bike path) to explore Seaside, WaterColor, and nearby beach communities. A vehicle is still recommended for grocery runs and day trips, but you can comfortably plan plenty of “leave the car parked” days here.



Traveling to/around the area, explore by foot, by bike, or by car:

• Biking is one of the best ways to experience 30A, use the Timpoochee Trail for scenic rides to Seaside, WaterColor, Grayton Beach, and beyond.

• Walking works well for short trips and beach access days, but plan to drive for larger grocery runs and farther excursions.

• A car is recommended for exploring beyond the immediate 30A corridor, as rideshares and taxis can be limited and wait times can vary.

• Bike rentals are widely available along 30A if you want extra bikes for your group, helmets are recommended, and the paths can get busy during peak season.

Portoro Homes communicates by email and phone, and once your booking is confirmed, we’ll email your rental agreement for e-signature. Check-in instructions are sent by email and text message prior to arrival, and we offer convenient self check-in. During your stay, we’ll typically check in by text once or twice to ensure a 5-star experience, and we’re available 24/7 if any questions come up.
