Ideally located in the heart of the lively Saint-Brévin L'Océan district, just 350 metres from the main beach, this spacious 99m² recently renovated accommodation can welcome up to 8 people and welcomes you for a stay between relaxation, nature and seaside activities.
A stone's throw from local shops, the market, bars, restaurants, the casino-spa and bike rentals, it is the perfect starting point for discovering on foot or by bike Saint-Brévin-les-Pins, a seaside resort renowned for its long sandy beaches, its preserved dunes and its peaceful atmosphere.
Located on the upper floor of a semi-detached house, the accommodation comprises three comfortable bedrooms with: 2 double beds of 140 cm, 1 queen size bed of 160 cm and 1 comfortable convertible chaise longue of 150x200 cm. A fully equipped kitchen open to the dining room: induction hobs, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with freezer, a SENSEO pod coffee maker, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle and various kitchen utensils and appliances (citrus press, whisk and electric chopper, blender, ...). A lounge (Wi-Fi but no TV), two bathrooms with complete toilets complete the rental.
For your comfort, you also have a washing machine, two hair dryers, two fans and a covered and secure bicycle storage area.
