The house is located in the top of Saint-Marc-Sur-Mer, in the green countryside, 4 minutes by car from the village (all shops and market) and the beach of Mr. Hulot, 5 minutes by car from the beach of Sainte-Marguerite in Pornichet and 6 minutes by car from the center of Pornichet and the large beach of La Baule - Pornichet.
