Newly renovated, this house offers beautiful, unobstructed views of the Long Island Sound and a backyard equipped with an outdoor patio & dining area, hammock, firepit, adirondack chairs, chaise lounges, and cushioned outdoor furniture (in season). You can enjoy swimming at the home's private beach in summer, leaf-peeping in fall, and bird watching in spring. The house is located 5 minutes from downtown Guilford.
The house offers 3 bedrooms with water views: 1 with a king bed & TV, 1 with a queen bed, and 1 with a queen and twin bed (4 beds total, comfortably sleeping 7). The large full bathroom upstairs offers a separate shower & bathtub and there is a beautiful half bathroom downstairs as well with ample counter space for getting ready. The sunken living room is spacious and sundrenched, with direct views of the water, offering two large couches, a comfortable reading chair with an ottoman, and a large TV hanging above the fireplace, the perfect place to curl up and gather with friends at the end of the day. The dining area offers a modern seating arrangement with stunning water views in addition to a newly renovated kitchen with top notch appliances and comfortable counter seats.
The beachfront backyard offers an outdoor patio with a large dining table that seats 8, a hammock, firepit, adirondack chairs, and cushioned outdoor seating furniture for comfortable enjoyment of the Long Island Sound and private beach (with private stairs leading to the beach).
The basement offers a game area with a ping pong table & corn hole, a gym area with weights, a weight bench, fitness ball and sliders on a large workout mat, as well as a TV area with two couches and large flat screen TV.
