About this house rental
Situated on one of the premier sandy beaches on the Connecticut coastline, this house is a true gem. The owners only list it on occasion so it gets less wear and tear than other listings.
Located on almost .75 lush acres, this 4-bedroom home sleeps 8 (plus a crib) and is a private oasis for just lounging around on the beach, playing in the yard with kids, or exploring Connecticut's coastal towns.
Walk outside and relax on one of your decks overlooking the ocean. Take a dip in the water - this exclusive beach is only accessible to the few homeowners who have houses on it. Explore nearby towns such as Guilford and Old Saybrook or spend the day in New Haven visiting the many downtown museums and shops.

Best house. Best hosts. We really can’t believe our good luck. On the beach. Every amenity we could possibly need, indoors and out. Beautiful house. Perfectly appointed kitchen. So comfortable. Immaculate but so cozy. We didn’t want to leave.

What a wonderful trip and beach home! For context, this was a family trip with ages 2-72. Communication- Owner was very accessible and checked in to make sure everything was going wellProperty- Beautiful and perfect for a multi-family trip. We felt close and like we had our own space. Beach was lovely to walk on (there were some available beach shoes for the house, but I recommend you bring them for young kids). Views were amazing. And it was lovely falling asleep and waking up to the oceanArea- Suited out needs! Nearby nature center was perfect- enough animals and nice trails. Good area pizza and icecreamOverall this was a perfect trip, in a gem of a house!
