Perfectly positioned for sun-seekers and surf lovers, this cozy flat offers comfort, convenience, and a touch of island charm. Whether you’re here to unwind by the sea or explore the beauty of Paros, Casa Costa Azure is your ideal home away from home.

Inside Casa Costa Azure, you’ll find a thoughtfully designed flat perfect for up to four guests. Located on the first floor, the space welcomes you with a kitchenette, ideal for enjoying your morning coffee or a quiet meal. To one side, there is a bedroom with a double bed, that opens up to a private balcony, while on the other there is a bedroom with two single beds. There is a modern bathroom with a walk-in-shower
Exterior
Step outside to your private balcony, where you can soak in uninterrupted views of the sea and the surrounding fields. The outdoor space features a table and two chairs, perfect for dining al fresco or enjoying a sunset drink. Casa Costa Azure is the ideal spot to unwind in total tranquility.

Guests will enjoy complete and exclusive access to all areas of this Golden Beach apartment Casa Costa Azure and its private balcony, during their stay.
You can therefore choose to relax indoors or outdoors and enjoy the fantastic views in full comfort, at any time.
Other things to note
We would kindly ask that you respect our neighbours at all times. We urge your attention to the following ‘quiet hours’ enforced by law, during which you must pay special attention so that there is no disturbing or excessive noise coming from the Villa or its surrounding plot of land:
- Summer quiet hours (Apr.1-Sep30): 3PM-5.30PM & 11PM-7AM
- Winter quiet hours (Oct.1-Mar.31): 3.30PM-5.30PM & 10PM-7.30AM
Upon arrival guests must display a valid form of identification (ID or passport) and sign a short-term rental agreement as required by current Greek law under the Greek taxation system. Guests will not be able to check in if this requirement is not satisfied.
The apartment has been refurbished and interior designed with care utilising the finest materials.
We expect you to respect the property accordingly. Any damages will incur the relevant charges. In case these are not covered by the deposit held by Airbnb, any additional charges will be claimed.
