About this house rental
Cocoonr agency offers this charming 90 m² house with wifi (fibre optics), which sleeps up to 6 people, to rent in Crach.
It comprises a lovely 45 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three spacious bedrooms, a bathroom (with a bath), and you can enjoy a garden of around 700 m². Cleaning is included in the rent and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 45 m² living room with a TV. A wood-burning stove is available for your use, with wood provided for your stay.
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A separate toilet
Upstairs:
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
- A bedroom with two single beds (90×190)
- A bathroom with a bath and toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: a barbecue, a washing machine, a cot, and an ironing board.
Outside:
- A lovely 700 m² unfenced garden with garden furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally situated in Crach, in a very pleasant setting.
It is ideally situated for exploring the Gulf of Morbihan, 5 km from the beaches of Saint-Philibert, 15 minutes from Carnac, 10 minutes from La Trinité-sur-Mer, 10 minutes from Locmariquer, 10 minutes from Auray and 20 minutes from Vannes.
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.

- Nearest airport: Nantes
The village of Crac'h can be reached by bike directly from the cycle path next to the house.
