come and spend your summer vacation in Morbihan.

We offer you a 105 m² house on a 600 m² enclosed plot and ideally located in a dead end in the village of Crac'h, close to rivers, shops (bakery, tobacco bar, Intermarché with petrol station, crêperie, physiotherapist, dentist, doctor ...) and the sea.
On the ground floor, living room with dining room and sitting area with 2 sofas, fitted kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher ...), wc, master bedroom with a 160 bed (new quality mattress hotel) and a private bathroom.
A large garage to store your bikes, and a washing machine will be at your disposal
Upstairs, 3 bedrooms with 2 double beds and a sofa bed.
A large terrace facing west will allow you to enjoy the setting sun around a barbecue while the children will play safely in the enclosed garden with the trampoline, the swing or various games....
